With a recent poll showing James Talarico up by SIX points over Ken Paxton, he is on the verge of a historic victory.

But I also know firsthand how difficult (and expensive!) running a statewide campaign in a state as large as Texas is and how vital grassroots support is to a people-powered movement like James’.

Stopping Ken Paxton’s Unchecked Corruption

This November, he’ll be facing off against Ken Paxton: one of the most vile and corrupt Republicans our state has ever seen.

Paxton spent his career using public office to enrich himself, piling up indictments, fraud allegations, and bribery scandals. On voting rights alone, he has been an absolute disaster for our democracy.

Back in 2021, while I was inside the U.S. Capitol, preparing to defend my colleagues and our democracy from a violent mob, Ken Paxton was filing baseless lawsuits to overturn a free and fair election and riling up that mob. He is an unrepentant election-denier who actively works to disenfranchise Texans.

We cannot let this corrupt politician claim a seat in the U.S. Senate. Texans deserve an honest, dedicated leader who answers to working families, not a lawbreaking partisan who does their billionaire donors’ bidding.

It’s Time To Flip Texas

James Talarico truly has Ken Paxton on the ropes. Recent polling shows James leading by SIX POINTS.

But we cannot afford to take our foot off the gas in these final weeks because Paxton’s dark-money allies are pouring millions into Texas to flood the airwaves and drown out his message.

We can flip both the House and the Senate this year, but only if campaigns like mine in TX-33 and James’ have the resources needed to mobilize every voter down the home stretch.

My fellow Texans and I would be deeply proud to have James represent our state in the Senate. Let’s make sure he gets there: Make a split donation between James Talarico’s campaign and my campaign today. Every dollar puts us in the best possible position to deliver real leadership for Texans and finally hold Trump and his administration accountable.
